Refund policy

ATA Cosmetics Returns and Exchanges Policy


At ATA Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure you are delighted with every
purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.

 

Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it (seals cannot be broken, if applicable), and in its original packaging.

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or
exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable products, and any promotional or clearance items. Any item where the seal has been broken will not be accepted.

 

Process

Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at
contactus@atacosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds 

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

 

Exchanges

Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival, not due to the fault of the carrier. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] within 7 days of receiving your order.

Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the
defective or damaged item and receive a replacement.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Damages: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us
immediately at contactus@atacosmetics.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged
item. We will review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement at no additional cost.

 

Exceptions

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged.

Broken Items: We do not replace products that are broken after use. Only products that arrived
damaged, not due to carrier fault, are eligible for replacement.
